22 Why do you pursue(A) me as God does?(B)
    Will you never get enough of my flesh?(C)

23 “Oh, that my words were recorded,
    that they were written on a scroll,(D)
24 that they were inscribed with an iron tool(E) on[a] lead,
    or engraved in rock forever!(F)
25 I know that my redeemer[b](G) lives,(H)
    and that in the end he will stand on the earth.[c]
26 And after my skin has been destroyed,
    yet[d] in[e] my flesh I will see God;(I)
27 I myself will see him
    with my own eyes(J)—I, and not another.
    How my heart yearns(K) within me!
